Terms and Conditions

1.0 General

1.1 is a trading style of Celsius Air Conditioning Ltd, 1 Well Street, Heywood, Lancs, OL101NT.

All goods remain the property of (Celsius Air Conditioning Ltd) until payment has been received in full.

You must supply a Non-free Email address and phone number with your order for security reasons, as we need this information sometimes to confirm identity. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not contain valid customer information.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.

2.0 Product listing

All prices products and specifications are subject to change without notice. Reasonable efforts have been made to compile the product listing as completely and accurately as possible, but there maybe typographical mistakes or errors in content. The company does not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained on this website.

3.0 Warranties

All Air Conditioning units are complete with a 1-year parts only warranty. To receive this warranty the product must have been used and maintained in accordance with the manufactures instructions provided.

The warranty will be void if the customer has incorrectly installed the supplied goods.

3.3 (Celsius Air Conditioning Ltd) Cannot be held responsible if the failure of the parts is caused by electrical supply, outside forces, storms, floods, power failure or fire/smoke damage.

Warranty’s exclude poor/faulty installation.

4.0 Delivery

Your credit card will be charged on the day the order is accepted by our online store or telephone sales line.

In most cases where items are in stock deliveries will be made in 3 working days to Mainland UK addresses.

We do not supply goods to addresses outside of Mainland UK.

The company cannot be held responsible for product being out of stock or delays in delivery. Every effort will be made to advise the customer of any delays as soon as possible.

A delay in delivery shall not entitle the customer to refuse, postpone or cancel delivery.

Any failure to accept delivery or provide adequate instructions at the time of the order shall bear the customer with all the costs including storage, return delivery and re-stocking charges.

Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning, erecting or start-up of the goods. Estimate delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Please check the goods for damage & sign the delivery note accordingly, once goods have been moved damage claims cannot be considered. Damage claims cannot be made for damaged goods on delivery where the delivery notes do not indicate damage. "Not checked" or "unopened" signatures are not acceptable.

In the event of damage this must be reported to us and confirmed writing to us within 48 hours for a claim to be considered.

All packing materials and the item must be kept for our insurers to examine.

5.0 Returns Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product for their requirements.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made at the current price or the price at which it was purchased, whichever is the lower. Less a 25% re-stocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance for returned products. Additional fees will also be charged where items are returned without full packaging and instructions or where items require cleaning or repair to reinstate them to a saleable condition.

6.0 Privacy

We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party and is only collected by (Celsius Air Conditioning Ltd) for the purpose of processing orders, tracking orders or tracing Warranty/Returns information.

We do not email customers except in connection with your order, you will receive no newsletters, special offers or other SPAM, unless requested by subscribing to our newsletter.

7.0 V.A.T. (Sales Tax)

All prices on our web site are shown Inclusive of V.A.T.

For all supply only customers in the UK - VAT is charged at 17.5%. Documentation is enclosed with the goods to confirm that VAT has been charged.

8.0 Pricing

Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.

Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

9.0 Security

10.0 Complaints

We endeavour to reply to any complaints within a 7 day period.
